Supervising Social Worker ($46/HR)

Job Overview:

Cure Staffing, Inc. is working with one of the City’s largest Health Agencies. We are seeking qualified temporary medical support staff candidates who will provide reliable, professional, and appropriately skilled medical support in all temporary work assignments. All candidates must have education, experience, licenses, and certifications that are applicable and appropriate to the level of this position.

The Administrative social Worker provides consultation and professional support to NFHV social workers that conduct mental health assessments with clients and connect them to the appropriate services. The Social Worker Supervisor supports social workers that sustain a caseload of clients and ensures timely client assessment and referrals, crisis intervention, advocacy and referrals to short term mental health support. The Supervising Social Worker works on a multi-disciplinary team to identify appropriate resources, service gaps, engage stakeholders, facilitate internal and external trainings.

Job Responsibilities:

  • To work cooperatively in a multidisciplinary team environment to assist families in making service connection for social services and mental health needs.
  • Reinforce the importance of maintaining client confidentiality and acting as a Liaison between families and community agencies.
  • Being able to multi-task and ensure social worker team documents notes in database system relevant to services and encounters between social workers and program clients.
  • Provide assessments of mother and baby in the home to determine well being. Ensure social worker can use Agency service engines or databases to find resources for clients.


Preferred Skills/ Experience:

  • The Administrative or Supervising social worker has to have great leadership skills and be able to supervise social workers who assess and follow-up and link high risk families to assertion interventions and support.
  • Ensure social workers supervised identify resources for program clients and sustain partnership with internal and external government and community bases organizations with serve birthing families.
