Cure Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse for a temporary assignment at our 750-bed academic medical center.

Contract Details:

• Start Date:April 25,2025
• End Date:July 30,2025
• Location:Syracuse, NY 13210
• Weekly Pay: $2640 ( MI&L included )

Qualifications:

• Licensure:Active NYS RN License
• Certifications:Current BLS (must maintain certification)
  • 5+ years recent acute care (within past 2 years)
  • Level I/II trauma center experience
  • Hospital size/acuity comparable to 752-bed academic medical center
  • EPIC EMR proficiency
  • Advanced IV insertion, phlebotomy, and telemetry monitoring
  • Successful pre-employment health/drug screening and background check

Additional requirements:

Experience Required: Level 1 or 2 Trauma

• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• No history of professional license/certification suspension or investigation
• No prior involvement as a defendant in professional liability claims
• Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance, drug screening, and criminal background check

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality patient care with minimal supervision
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments in an acute care setting
• Demonstrate competency in essential patient care skills for the specialty
