Cure Staffing Inc. is seeking an experienced RN Case Manager with expertise in Utilization Review and Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) for a temporary assignment at our 750-bed academic medical center.

Contract Details:

• Start Date: ASAP
• End Date: July 4, 2025
• Location:  Syracuse, NY 13210
• 13 week contract
• Shifts: Days
• Weekly Pay: $2700( MI&L included )

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform utilization review to ensure appropriate resource allocation and patient care
• Conduct clinical documentation improvement activities to enhance accuracy and completeness of medical records
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and hospital efficiency
• Utilize EPIC EMR system for case management and documentation

Requirements:

• Current New York State RN License
• BLS Certification (must be able to recertify if needed)
• Minimum 1.5 years of recent acute care hospital case management experience within the past 2 years
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Emergency Department (ED) Case Management experience
• Experience in hospitals of equal or greater size or trauma centers

Additional Requirements:

• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Successful completion of pre-employment health clearance
• Clean professional license history (no suspensions or investigations)
• No prior involvement as a defendant in professional liability claims
• Ability to pass drug screening and criminal background check
