Job Description

Join our fast-paced ambulatory care team and provide high-quality patient care in a supportive, weekday-only environment. This is an excellent opportunity for LPNs seeking consistent hours in a leading medical facility in Syracuse, NY..

Contract Details

- - Start Date: June 27, 2025 (must be available to start on Friday)
  - End Date: September 27, 2025
  - Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Contract
  - Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift (No weekends required)
  - Pay: $1,800.00 Weekly via direct deposit ( MI&L Included )

Qualifications

- - Licensure: Current New York State LPN License (required)
  - Certification: BLS Certification (required, or ability to obtain before start)
  - Experience: Ambulatory or outpatient clinic experience preferred

Skills and Requirements

- - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  - Proficient in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) documentation
  - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
  - Ready and available to start on the specified date

Duties and Responsibilities

- - Deliver direct patient care in an outpatient clinical setting
  - Obtain and record vital signs and patient histories
  - Assist with medical procedures and examinations
  - Administer injections, medications, and immunizations as ordered
  - Accurately document all care in the EMR system
  - Support providers and patients through effective communication and patient education
  - Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked exam rooms and clinical areas
  - Assist with scheduling, referrals, and other clerical duties as needed
