Position Summary

Cure Staffing, Inc. is seeking experienced RNs for night shifts in the Adult Emergency Department, with flexibility to float to Pediatric ED and other acute emergency departments as needed. Opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-acuity, fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population.

Contract Details

Location: Syracuse, NY 13210

Start Date: 6/27/2025

End Date: 9/24/2025

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (Every other weekend & some holidays required)

Pay: $2,640.00 Weekly (MI&L included)

Key Responsibilities

• • • Deliver comprehensive emergency nursing care to adults and children
    • Triage, assess, administer medications, and perform emergency interventions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe, efficient, patient-centered care
    • Document care accurately in EPIC EMR (preferred)
    • Float between multiple EDs as staffing needs dictate
    • Respond effectively in trauma, critical care, and urgent care situations
    • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and highest clinical standards

Qualifications

• • • RN License: Current NY State (required)
    • Certifications: BLS (required; must maintain/recertify)
    • Experience:
      • Minimum 1.5 years recent ED experience (within past 2 years)
      • Must have worked in Level 1 or Level 2 trauma center or similar acute care facility
      • Experience with both adult & pediatric ED patients
    • EMR: EPIC experience strongly preferred
    • Skills: Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
    • Professional Standing: No license suspension, investigations, or liability claims
    • Legal: Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
    • Screening: Must pass health, drug, and background checks
