## Physical Therapist ##

Location: Syracuse, NY 

Salary: $52.00 / hr

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physical Therapist to join our healthcare team at a leading hospital in Syracuse, NY. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to help patients restore mobility, manage pain, and improve their overall quality of life.

 Qualifications

– B.S. in Physical Therapy

– NYS License or eligible for licensure

– Minimum of 2 years of experience required

– Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance

 Key Responsibilities

– Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs in accordance with established procedures and physician orders

– Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and patients to formulate specific goals for treatment

– Prepare and maintain accurate notes and discharge records in a timely manner

– Attend designated clinics, rounds, and conferences to provide patient information and updates

– Participate in educational programs for staff members, students, volunteers, and other healthcare personnel

– Train new staff members and serve as a clinical instructor for senior-level students

– Facilitate the development of new programs within the department

 Required Skills

– Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

– Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities

– Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

– Proficiency in developing and implementing evidence-based treatment plans

– Commitment to patient-centered care and continuous professional development
