Local CNA – Days
Cure Staffing, Inc.
Cure Staffing is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join various nursing units, including Pediatrics, the Emergency Department, and the Med/Surg Float Pool. Candidates must have Level 1 trauma experience and be able to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced environment.
Contract Details:
– Start Date: April 24, 2025
– End Date: July 30, 2025
– Location: Syracuse, NY 13210 (Level I Trauma Center facility)
– Pay: $31/hr
Qualifications:
– Certification: Current NYS CNA Certification
– CPR: Must obtain/maintain certification
– 1+ year patient care experience in acute care settings
– Level I trauma center background
Additional Requirements:
– Successful pre-employment health screening
– Ability to work 8/12-hour day shifts across multiple units
Key Responsibilities:
– Obtain vital signs and assist with ADLs (toileting, bathing, feeding)
– Serve as safety companion for high-risk patients
– Float between Pediatrics, Emergency Department, and Med/Surg units
– Adapt to fast-paced trauma care environments
– Partner with RNs and healthcare teams for care coordination
– Participate in quality improvement initiatives
– Maintain ethical decision-making practices
– Pursue ongoing skills development
